Acute Oncology Event - 8 July 2014
The South West Cancer Network held an Acute Oncology Event on 8 July 2014. Acute Oncology services are being set up in all acute hospitals in the South West to support patients admitted as an emergency who have cancer. The day was a combination of national and local speakers with posters from the local hospitals about the development of their own Acute Oncology services. It was great to see so much great work is happening across the South West.
