Working with our stakeholders we have identified a number of transformational change programmes aligned to the domains of the NHS Outcomes framework. By working across networks learning can spread between clinical areas whilst harnessing synergies on similar initiatives.
Our Quality Improvement Programme Managers work with the clinical network teams to develop work programmes to support transformational change across the South West. Through this work we also collaborate with other networks including Healthcare Scientists, Medicines Management and other professional networks to deliver real and measurable benefits for our patients, services users and carers.
