Four network dashboards have been developed for Cancer, CVD, Maternity and Children, Mental Health, Dementia and Neurology. The dashboards are an important tool in facilitating transparency into NHS outcomes and also serve to highlight any areas of inequity.
Cancer
This Cancer dashboard is a synthesis of available data about Cancer within the South West Strategic Clinical Network. The dashboard contains information on Cancer incidence, mortality, survival, diagnosis (including information on levels of early detection), patient experiences and service performance. Cardiovascular
This CVD dashboard is a synthesis of available data about Cardiovascular disease within the South West Strategic Clinical Network. The dashboard contains information about mortality from CVD, Diabetes, Renal, Cardiac and Stroke. Links to original sources are provided.
Mental Health, Dementia and Neurology
This Mental Health, Dementia and Neurology dashboard is a synthesis of available data about Mental Health, Dementia and Neurology across the South West Strategic Clinical Network. The dashboard contains information about Mental health prevalence and secondary care use, Dementia prevalence and diagnosis rates and the levels of emergency admissions from neurological conditions. Maternity and Children’s
This Maternity and Children’s dashboard is a synthesis of available NHS Outcome and Public Health Indicators about Maternity and Children within the South West Strategic Clinical Network.
