SAVE THE DATE: South West Clinical Networks Annual Conference

Friday 27th November 2015
The South West Strategic Clinical Network (SCN) has been working with its partners in the health communities in South West England to support the delivery of the NHS Five Year Forward View.

As a result of the recent changes in NHS England, we are now called South West Clinical Networks.

We would like to invite you to second our annual conference. The conference offers the opportunity to showcase the work for many members of your teams and patients who have been active within the networks for Cancer, Cardiovascular Disease, Mental Health, Dementia and Neurology and Maternity and Children. The event will also enable you to get involved in the large programmes of work that we are developing including Integrated Personal Commissioning (ours is the largest programme in England) and the Urgent and Emergency Care Networks.
