A project group with broad representation is leading this work to build a commissionable pathway with support from an external change management consultancy. The principles of organisational transformation, service design and continuous improvement are leading the work. The project group will design and influence larger group meetings incorporating the South West stakeholders. To make the stepped changed required the work will need executive sign up.
Initially there where two similar half day meetings, one in Peninsula and one in Bristol to engage with those in the relevant communities. Then everyone came together for a two day event in Taunton (delegate list- to be uploaded).
The events used Lean methods to achieve the desired outcomes which build on success to date and reduce duplication. The events were multi-organisation, multi-professional and multi-disciplinary and used FARIC methodology (Feasibility, Analysis, Redesign, Implementation and Continuous Improvement).
