Saving Babies’ Lives in the South West Event - 5th May 2016

The Saving Babies’ Lives in the South West Event was held on the 5th May 2016 at Taunton Racecourse. It was following up from the event held on the 11th February 2016 also in Taunton.

As many of you will be aware, NHS England have recently launched a care bundle for reducing stillbirths. To access your copy of the care bundle, please see the link below:

The aims of the day were to help attendees:

  • find out more about the care bundle
  • network with maternity colleagues from other areas within the South West
  • work in the local areas to develop an action plan to reduce the number of stillbirths

All maternity service providers and commissioners were invited to be represented at this event. The afternoon was workshop focussed, therefore we encouraged key members of local teams to attend.
